Large Group Presentations
Group Size: >30 People
Address the needs of a larger group of people. Lily offers a unique approach where you get to choose the presentation topic. This ensures that the needs of each group are being directly addressed and participants receive the greatest level of support. Options include sharing owner, Lily Gresele's story through mental illness and how she is finding her way out, self-care & preventing burnout, healthy coping mechanisms, signs & symptoms, how to support a friend, and suicide prevention strategies. Each presentation aims to break the stigma, normalise discussion and increase help-seeking behaviours.

Workshops

How To Be Well now introduces individualised workshops. Workshops will be formulated on personal experiences through mental health challenges and critical life lessons along the way. Incorporating an empowering activity to solidify key messages. Workshops can be created based from your requested topic.

TRIP SUMMARY
How To Be Well Goes Rural was an outreach initiative designed to bring connection, conversation, and mental health support to rural communities. Over the course of the trip, the HTBW team travelled across regional towns to host wellbeing workshops, share lived experiences, and foster open dialogue around mental health and community care.
